1. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the signed rental contract and payment
  • Payment terms will be specified in the rental contract
  • Cancellation policies are detailed in the rental contract

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: As specified in the rental contract
  • Check-out time: As specified in the rental contract
  • Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance

3. House Rules

  • Respect quiet hours and neighbors
  • No smoking inside the property
  • No unauthorized guests
  • Keep the property clean and tidy
  • Report any damages promptly

4. Property Care

Guests are responsible for:

  • Treating the property with care
  • Reporting any issues immediately
  • Securing the property when leaving
  • Not making alterations to the property

5. Liability

The property owner is not responsible for:

  • Personal belongings and valuables
  • Accidents or injuries on the property
  • Service interruptions beyond our control

6. Rental Contract

A detailed rental contract will be provided upon booking. The contract must be signed and returned before check-in. The contract will include specific terms regarding:

  • Payment schedule
  • Security deposit

  • Check-in/out procedures
