Located in La Manga del Mar Menor, just 500 meters from the "El Estacio" drawbridge, La Espina II is a duplex apartment within the Marinasol residential complex, boasting a privileged beachfront location just 5 meters from the Mediterranean Sea. The complex also features a large communal swimming pool, including a children's pool.
Situated approximately 14 km from the Cabo de Palos Lighthouse and 3 km from the Salt Flats of San Pedro del Pinatar, the apartment is an excellent starting point for cultural exploration. The nearest airport is Región de Murcia International Airport, located about 55 km from the duplex.

ROOMS AND SPACES:

The entrance to the home is marked by a spacious terrace with direct sea views, furnished with a table, chairs, a lovely planter, and a hose for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Inside, the house offers a living-dining room with a sofa and two armchairs/rockers, as well as a flat-screen smart TV with internet access and apps such as Netflix and Prime Video. On the same floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, three gas burners, and two electric burners. The kitchen opens up to a spacious rear patio, which features a laundry area with a washing machine, storage cabinet, and an outdoor shower, ideal for washing off salt after a beach day.
There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and another upstairs. Both are equipped with shower trays, towel racks, and typical bathroom accessories.
There are three bedrooms: two of them share a balcony with direct sea views and feature double beds, while the third bedroom (without a balcony) has two single beds. All bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes.
The house has direct stair access to the garage, which fits up to two small or medium-sized vehicles.

There are good amenities near the house. The supermarket is just a 4-minute walk away, and the pharmacy can be reached in just 2 minutes. The entire area is also surrounded by cafés and restaurants. Additionally, there is a bus stop just 2 minutes away, right across the road.
